Recently, I've designed, ordered and installed my first Numatics rodless
cylinder. As you've experienced first hand, I did about everything possible
wrong with the Numatics cylinder. First, I forgot to order the mounting
clips. Second, I had to send the cylinder back since I had forgotten to
order it with a magnetic cylinder. Lastly, one of our assemblers tightened
a pneumatic fitting to tight and cracked a cylinder end cap. Through all
of these problems you were extremely friendly and courteous. You always
went the extra mile to make sure the problems were fixed in an expedient
manner.
It's suppliers like you that make the business world a more pleasant place
to work. I will definitely put the Doig Corporation at the top of the list
for all of my future pneumatic needs.

 Recently,
we had a problem where we needed to control low pressure air to fill
a pressure vessel very quickly.
I contacted the Doig Corporation looking for a solenoid valve and regulator
to control this process. [Your technical field salesperson,] Vince Nelson,
got involved and provided valuable assistance over several in-person meetings
and demonstrations.
Vince reviewed the overall challenge and assisted me in verifying that
the compressor would meet my needs and determining the correct Cv rating
for the other components used in the system. We did select one item supplied
by the Doig Corporation and continue to use it today.
This type of commitment by a supplier is appreciated and we look forward
