Numasizing®
enables compressed air to be used more efficiently by sizing all the pneumatic
components of an air system as well as selecting pressures to optimize
its usage.
Numasizing negates the need to speculate on the stroke time of an actuator
even when subjected to two different loads under two distinct pressures.
In addition to predicting these performance times, Numasizing determines
the horsepower requirements, terminal velocity stroke times, air usage,
and individual and system Cv (pneumatic conductance) to establish the
weakest link in the chain of components.

To optimally size the components of your pneumatic circuit using Numasizing,
simply fill in the form below to the best of your knowledge. A Doig representative
will contact you within a few days with the optimal results based on your
goals.
Be sure to fill out the request form completely. If the form
is not filled in completely (with the following exception *) it cannot
be processed. *The branch conductor and manifold section is required to
be filled in only when two or more actuators are used per valve. Please
e-mail any questions you may have concerning either Numasizing or this
form to: Mike
