What are your office hours?

Doig is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm CST, but we will take your call anytime of the day. Call 262-376-3644 (DOIG)

What do I do if I have to cancel an order?

Contact us right away! Much of what we can do to help you with cancellations depends upon the status of your order. If you need to cancel an order that has already been processed, received in our warehouse, assembled or shipped there may be a restocking fee. We'll make every effort to cancel the order; however, order cancellation is subject to our manufacturer's cancellation policy.

If your order is a custom product being built to your specifications, or is a non-stock item or value-added product, it may be non-cancelable, non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee.

What happens if I need to return a product?

Contact us right away! We accept new items for return that you purchased directly from us, and we can confirm as in new, resalable condition. Products returned in the original packaging are a big plus to avoid restocking charges.

Our Returns Team will advise the process and if necessary, the restocking fees that may apply, which vary based on the manufacturer's returns policy. Contact us so we can provide you with an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Call 262-376-3644 or use email. What are my payment options?

Our most common method of payment is on open account based on pre-approved credit. As noted above, we also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments at time of order entry.

Can I pay with Terms?

Yes, you'll need to download and fill out our Doig Customer Credit Application.

If you are shipping product to a State other than Wisconsin, please provide that State's Sales and Use Tax Exemption form to TAXFORMS@DOIGCorp.com

Customers whose businesses reside in Wisconsin will also need to download and fill out the Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate.  Email the credit application and the Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate to TAXFORMS@DOIGCorp.com

Do you take credit cards?

Yes. Master Card, American Express, and Visa.

How do you handle taxes on my purchases?

When it comes to taxes, it is important that you know that our prices exclude manufacturer's, sales, use, duties, excise or similar taxes. We are counting on you to help us confirm that you are a tax-exempt customer. Together, we typically address this as part of our new customer set up process which includes obtaining a completed tax-exempt form.


What about order entry?

Send us your order, and we'll accept it in writing via an order acknowledgement which is typically emailed to you or upon shipment for those quick ship transactions as they occur. We do have an Online Sales $50.00 minimum order policy. Our payment terms are net 30 days or Credit Card purchase.

Are there any policies on quotes you send me?

We provide price quotes on any item for any quantity typically via email, but also, we can respond via fax or over the phone. Formal quotes are prepared per your request. Pricing is F.O.B. Shipping Point unless otherwise noted.

Can you help me track my UPS package?

YES!!! Call our office at 262-376-3644 and talk to your Inside Sales Rep.

How do you typically handle deliveries?

Our most popular delivery method is by Common Carrier, from our warehouse in Cedarburg and direct from our suppliers' factories. Our primary method of delivery is via UPS (United Parcel Service), however, we have experience with most carriers. Most customers located in Wisconsin locations will receive shipments the following day. Expedited factory direct services can be arranged from some of our suppliers as well.
