ROBOWORLD (DLD-EP-T3-QC-TEF) Quill Covers (Two-Piece) Laminated Teflon For Epson T3 SCARA Robot. Two circular bellow stacks are provided for both the upper and lower portions of the EPSON T3 quill (Z). The covers slip over each portion of the quill and are not split with a seam. They are held in place with an small hose clamp. All seams double-stitched with TEX-108 polyester thread for strength and durability. ** NOTE ** If process lines will pass through the upper-quill barrel, specify desired ID for punched hole. If no ID is specified on PO, the upper-quill cover will ship without passthrough accommodations. The DLD-EP-T3-QC-TEF is manufactured from 9-mil grey FDA laminated Teflon material. Maximum operating temperature is 500F. (Grey) Laminated Teflon Material 9-mil (GREY) TCI CrossFilm FDA laminated Teflon® is rated to a maximum (radiant) operating temperature of 500F. TCI CrossFilm is a monolithic laminate with no internal scrim. Teflon® is impervious to all known (commercially available) coolants, lubricants and –amine containing compounds. Gray-colored, 9-mil TCI CrossFilm™ 2110 laminated Teflon® complies with the following requirements for food handling applications: FDA Requirements: CFR 177.1550, and CFR 178.3297. European Regulations: RoHS 2002/95/EC 2003/11/EC, 2005/59/EC, 1935/2004, and Global RoHS REACH SVHC. Teflon is immune to microbiological and enzymatic attack as the polymer does not provide nourishment or porosity to support growth. It is also immune to all known sanitizers, disinfectants, gamma radiation and heat disinfection up to a maximum (radiant) temperature limit of 550F.
