SIX-PIECE (6PC) 17oz HYPALON MATRIAL ROBOSUIT® FOR THE EPSON VT6L ROBOT: Manufactured from 17oz./sq.yd high tear/fire retardant Hypalon-impregnated nylon (maximum continuous operating temperature 250F) Hypalon is an exceptionally abrasion-resistant and durable material. Robosuit® coverage extends from behind the tool flange (6th axis) to the bottom of the base mounting plate. This six-piece suit features a material overlap “cuff” style joint at both the 1st and 4th axis. Interlocking Kydex® slip rings are provided at the 2nd, 3rd,4th, and 5th axes. This combination of features permits full robot-work-envelope articulation. The suit is installed and/or removed using flap protected, industrial-grade Delrin zippers which run along the upper and lower arm pieces. Velcro panels are sewn into the suit where accesses to EPSON peripheral- mounting pads are located. All seams are double-stitched with high tenacity (TEX-108) polyester thread for both strength and durability.
