ROBOWORLD SIX-PIECE (6PC) Aluminized Kevlar® (“NORFAB”) & PVC VINYL ROBOSUIT® FOR THE EPSON VT6L ROBOT: Manufactured from 12-oz/square yard aluminized Kevlar® (“NORFAB”), this material features a maximum continuous radiant operating temperature limit of 1500F. & Manufactured from 18-oz/square yard, FR (Fire Retardant) PVC Coated Vinyl fabric with excellent dust/dirt and water resistance. Maximum operating temperatures up to 140°F. Robosuit® coverage extends from behind the tool flange (6th axis) to the bottom of the base mounting plate. This six-piece suit features a material overlap “cuff” style joint at both the 1st and 4th axis. Bellows are sewn into the suit at the 2nd, 3rd axis, and 5th axes. This combination of features permits full robot-work-envelope articulation. The suit is installed and/or removed using flap protected, industrial-grade Delrin zippers which run along the upper and lower arm pieces. Velcro panels are sewn into the suit where accesses to EPSON peripheral- mounting pads are located. All seams are double-stitched with Teflon® thread
